THE GODDESS BODY SCULPT PLAN

The Goddess Body Sculpt Plan includes a sequence of exercises that target your deep muscles in order to get you in a tighter shape and achieve a lithe body with beautiful definitions and without the bulk your regular fitness exercises might give you. The plan is designed for you to work out at least 30 minutes a day in the comfort of your own home with few pieces of equipment.

I run weekly group sessions at KX Gym where I train small groups of 4-12

BALLET BARRE CONDITIONING (BBC)

My main “method”, I’ve designed this workout to target the whole body in the shortest amount of time. The class utilises resistance equipment to chisel and sculpt the body to perfection. Low impact, high repetition with light weights will leave you feeling the burn.

REFORMEr barre conditioning

Following the success of BBC, my new method will help you achieve a leaner, longer and more toned physique. This class combines Barre routines with carefully selected reformer exercises.
