Baku Book Centre - 7 Day Body Sculpt Book Launch & Seminar

It was such an honour to present my 7 Day Body Sculpt at the Baku Book Center, and to give a seminar on health, nutrition and fitness. The Center was created with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and is dedicated to encouraging more people to read, as well as hosting regular book launches, cultural events, thematic masterclasses, literary readings, language courses and events for children.
